BOOKING GUIDE
1. Find the destination and pick the hotel or resort of your choice.
2. When a hotel or resort has been chosen, click RESERVE NOW button and fill up the Online Booking/Inquiry Form.
We require you to fill up a the Online Booking/Inquiry Form so we may have a record of your service order, including travel details and contact information (phone, mobile, email …etc..) necessary to process your reservation request(s).
3. A Travel Consultant will get back to you within 24 working hours with confirmation and instructions on how to finalize your reservation. If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours, we might be experiencing some technical problems but rest assured that we would promptly attend to your request as soon as it is possible for us to do so.
4. Please allow 3 working days lead-time before arrival for us to process your request. We shall not be liable for any inconvenience that might arise due to urgent booking orders.
5. We require prepayment to finalize your reservation with a Confirmation Voucher issued by our company or by the hotel or resort, with an indicated Confirmation Number for your booking.
6. Once booking is finalized and Confirmation Voucher has been issued, your booking will be subject to the terms and conditions applicable, including our cancellation policies.

7. Please PRINT and PRESENT your voucher at the hotel or resort check-in counter for your paid booking reference.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
All bookings must be paid in full on or before the option date given, unless a credit line has been agreed upon. Rates quoted in USD are convertible in PHP based on the existing rate of the supplier or airline at the time the booking was finalized. Only upon receipt of faxed payment advise that full payment has been made, will your confirmation voucher be issued. We shall not be responsible for lapsed options due to delays in sending your payment advise.
Payment can be made through bank transfers, Telegraphic Transfers, Credit Card, and Money Transfer Service. Details shall be given upon confirmation of your booking.
Payment must be NET OF ALL CHARGES. Bank Charge, TT Charge or Service Charge and must be paid by the client and not deducted from the total amount
PRIVACY POLICY
Required Information - When processing a booking transaction, details in relation to your hotel, resort, transfers and tour reservations will be required, including (but not limited to) guest’s full name, nationality, credit card details, contact information… etc.
Use and Care for Information - Islands Accommodations’ disclosure of guest’s information is limited only to the hotel you are booking in or to parties associated to the travel product or service you have ordered. The company values your privacy and will not sell or trade information collected from our guests to any other parties for marketing or any other purpose.
Islands Accommodations also reserves the right to disclose personal information only if the law requires it by a court order, by law enforcement or in good faith with the belief that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights or properties of the company, our clients, or the public.
Cookies - Islands Accommodations may use technologies such as “cookies” in order to record session information, collect visits and access details to our web pages that enable us to continue to improve our services and provide better and useful features to our site users/guests.
Cookies are pieces of information that are normally used by many websites for record-keeping purposes that can help sites remember, for example, your preferences. A cookie, in and of itself does not personally identify any user/guest.

Islands Accommodations online Service, Inc. acts only as an agent for suppliers and contractors and is as such not liable for any injury, death, loss, accidents or damage sustained during the tour. In the event of trip delays or suspension, such is the responsibility of the shipping, airline, tour or transportation company to determine what course of action will be followed. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, suspension, accidents, and local situation, will be under the client’s personal account. Islands Accommodations could not be held liable to any untoward incidents (e.g. flight cancellation, transportation breakdown or noise). However, we shall do our best to safeguard the interest of our guests.
Please verify critical information like visas, safety, health and transportation with the official authorities before starting your trip.
Our liability is in all cases limited to the purchased amount.
