- Package operates on a minimum of 2 adults . Extra Person is Limited to 1 Adult (18 years & above) per villa or 3 Children (below 18 yrs old) per villa.
- Inclusions are packaged and not refundable if package item or service is not availed.
- Child rate applies only if accompanying a minimum of 2 adults in one room. Otherwise full charge applies.
- Special Package is available on pre-payment arrangements only.

- 31 Days or more prior to arrival – 10% of entire amount less transaction cost.
- 16-30 days prior to arrival – 30% of entire amount less transaction cost.
- 7-15 days prior to arrival date – 50% of entire amount less transaction cost.
- 6-3 days prior to arrival date – 80% of entire amount less transaction cost.
- 72hours prior to arrival date/NOW SHOW/SHORT STAY – 100% of entire amount.
