• Package operates on a minimum of 2 adults . Extra Person is Limited to 1 Adult (18 years & above) per villa or 3 Children (below 18 yrs old) per villa.
• Inclusions are packaged and not refundable if package item or service is not availed.
• Child rate applies only if accompanying a minimum of 2 adults in one room. Otherwise full charge applies.

• 31 Days or more prior to arrival – 10% of entire amount less transaction cost.
• 16-30 days prior to arrival – 30% of entire amount less transaction cost.
• 7-15 days prior to arrival date – 50% of entire amount less transaction cost.
• 6-3 days prior to arrival date – 80%  of entire amount less transaction cost.
• 72hours prior to arrival date/NOW SHOW/SHORT STAY – 100%  of entire amount.

• 31 Days or more prior to arrival – 30% of entire amount less transaction cost.
• 21-30 days prior to arrival – 50% of entire amount less transaction cost.
• 3-20 days prior to arrival date – 80% of entire amount less transaction cost.
