    General Terms & Conditions: 

  • Normal check-in time is 2:00 PM/Check-out 12:00NN. Early check- in is allowed when pre-arranged and approved. Please PROVIDE TRAVEL DETAILS AHEAD OF TIME for your transfer arrangements and/or early check-in pre-arrangements. 
  • Package operates on a minimum of 2 adults and maximum 4 persons in a room (kids and adults). Extra mattress for the 3rd & 4th persons will be provided.  Twin set-up for all room categories and Queen set-up for Deluxe Horizon Suite. 
  • Inclusions are packaged and not refundable if package item or service is not availed. 
  • Child rate applies only if accompanying a minimum of 2 adults in one room.  
  • Otherwise full charge applies. 
  • Special Package is available on pre-payment arrangements only.  
  • Special Package Rate is valid until December 2009. 
  • Package Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

    Resort’s Cancellation Policy: 

  • 7 working days prior to arrival - 50% of entire booking amount 
  • less than 7 days/no show – 100%
