IMPORTANT: Please prepare Php 50 per person for the government required Environmental Fee as well as Php 50 per person Terminal Fee to be paid at the Caticlan Jetty Port upon Arrival; and  Php 50 per person to be paid at Cagban Jetty Port upon departure. These charges fall under Personal Account and must personally be settled at the ports mentioned. Porter Fees on Personal Account too.

Resort’s Cancellation Policies:

Lean & High Season:
7 days prior to arrival – Full Refund, less handling fee.
6 days prior to arrival – FULL CHARGE

Peak Season:
20 working days prior to arrival – Full Refund, less handling fee.
19 days – 0 days prior to arrival – FULL CHARGE

Terms & Conditions for Land & Boat Transfers:

Rates are on a PER PERSON basis and exclusive of Environmental & Exit fees.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice. (Fuel surcharge may  apply in certain dates if applicable).
