These charges fall under Personal Account and must personally be settled at the ports mentioned.  Porter Fees on Personal Account too.

Prevailing Le Soleil Cancellation Charges apply at the time cancellation is made, less transaction cost & money transfer fees.
Short stay, no show – 100% of Total Booking Amount.
