• Municipal Fees: PhP 150/person for Environmental & Port Fees; On Personal Account.
• Kalibo Roundtrip Transfer Surcharge: PhP 2,350/Person.
• Extra Person: PhP 3,250/person/night
• Child Policy: 
  - 5 years old and below: FOC on accommodations, subject to RTT charges. 
  -6-11 years old: PhP 3,400/child.
• Check in/out: 2:00 PM/12:00NN
• Voucher: Required upon check in.
• Market: All.
• Porterage Fees: On Personal Account.
• Unused Items: Inclusions are packaged and not refundable if package item or service has not been availed. 
• Lean Season Dates: June - October
• High Season Dates: November – May; except Peak Dates.
• Peak Dates:  
  - December 18-January 7 (Christmas & NY).
