- Hotel & Tour Vouchers: Booking will be finalized with Confirmation Vouchers. Vouchers are required upon check in or prior to tour.
- Caticlan Airport RTT Deduction: Less PhP 423/person
- Municipal Fees: PhP 150/person. On Personal Account.
- Porterage Fees: On Personal Account.
- Child Rate Policy : 8 Years old and above are considered adult. One child 7 years old and below FOC on bed sharing basis only; subject to PhP 807+/RTT transfer rate via Kalibo/Caticlan. Municipal Fees included.
- Normal Check-in/Check-out: PhP 2:00 PM/12:00 NN. Early check in is allowed if room is available, but not guaranteed.
- Restriction: Strictly no cancellations allowed when finalized (voucher issued).
- Unused Items: Inclusions are packaged and not refundable if item or service is not availed.
- Prepayment: Special Package is available on pre-payment arrangements only.
