• Hotel / Tour Vouchers: Booking will be finalized with a Confirmation Voucher.

• Extra Person / Bed (w/ breakfast): PhP 1,300+/person for regular rooms &
  PhP 1,700+/person for plus rooms; Subject to 10% Service Charge.
• RTT Airport Transfers: PhP800+/way via car & PhP 2,000+/way via van;
  Subject to 10% Service Charge
• Peak Season Surcharge: PhP 500/room/night will be levied during Peak
  Periods such as Christmas (Dec.23-25) & New Year (Dec.28-Jan.1), Sinulog(Jan.21-24/Date subject to change), Chinese New Year(Jan.25-31/
  Date subject to change) and Hotel’s peak periods, the latter being subject
  to prior notice from the hotel.
• Child Policy: Below 12 years old are Free of Charge on bed sharing basis.
  Maximum of 2 kids allowed.

• Room Set-up & Occupancy: Maximum 3  Adults + 1 Bed sharing child or
  2 Adults + 2 Kids (1 with Bed ; 1 Bed Sharing).

• Unused Items: Inclusions are packaged and are not refundable if package
  item or service is not availed.
