   GENERAL TERMS, CONDITIONS & OTHER CHARGES:
  • *Special ROOM ONLY Rates offered: On a Per Room Per Night   basis. Minimum of two (2) nights required for  Standard & Deluxe Rooms.
  • Extra Person Rate (w/ Breakfast and Mattress Down) : PhP 1,000 per person/night
  • Hotel Voucher: Booking will be finalized with a Confirmation Voucher. Voucher is required to upon check in or prior to tour.
  • RTT Airport Transfers:  
    -Car (1-3 Persons)    : PhP 1,300  per group/roundtrip
    - Van (4-10 Persons): PhP 2,500 per group/roundtrip
  • Child Rate Policy (Up to 11 Years Old): FOC if sharing bed w/ parents.
  • Normal Check-in/Check-out: PhP 2:00 PM/12:00 NN.
  • Peak Season Dates & Rates: Above Rates are not valid for the Sinulog Period (3rd Week of January)
  • Unused Items: Inclusions are packaged and not refundable if item or service is not availed.
  • Prepayment: Near rack rates are available on pre-payment arrangements only.
  • Validity: For travel dates until December 2013. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
