   GENERAL TERMS, CONDITIONS & CHARGES:

• Normal check-in/check-out time:  2:00 PM/ 12:00NN.
• Room Extension Charge: Extensions up to 3:00 pm is 1/2 Room rate. Full rate after.
• Limitations: Bringing in of food and any type of drinks is not allowed, Snacks and Drinks are available in the resort at reasonable prices
• Swimming Attire: Proper swimming attire is required in the pool
• Unused Items: Inclusions are packaged and not refundable if package item or service is not availed. 
• Prepayment: Package is available on pre-payment arrangements only.  
• Validity: Above rates are valid until March 2010; subject to change without prior notice.
