   General Terms & Conditions:  

• Posted rates are applicable on pre-payment arrangements only. 
• Inclusions are packaged and not refundable nor off-settable when not used. 
• Above rates are valid until March 2010 only. 

   Cancellation Policy: 

• 50% Refund to cancellations made 7 working days before Tour Date. 
• NO REFUND for cancellations made less than 7 working days before Tour Date. 
• Special Consideration may be given in cases such as bad weather from point of origin, flight cancellation or any other unforeseen situations, subject to approval of the resort.
