-2 Weeks Prior Arrival – 50% of entire amount less transaction cost.
- 3 Days Prior to Arrival/No Show – 100% charge/no refund.
- Force Majeur exemption: Only if flights are cancelled.

- High Season: December 1 – May 31
- Unused Items: Inclusions are packaged and not refundable if package item or service is not availed.
