• Some facilities, activities and equipments may be temporarily not available due to weather conditions, renovations and repair. 
• Wash Downs (decrease in the original number of rooms booked) are considered cancellations and would be subject to cancellation charges. 
• Baby cots are provided FOC. 
• Airlines, Boat & Jeep Transfers are independent operators. Complaints or complaints should be directly forwarded to them; however El Rio Y Mar will assist guests with these. 
• Airline Seats, Rebooking Fees, Retiming depend on prevailing policies & procedures.  
• Posted rates are applicable on pre-payment arrangements only. 
• Above DISCOUNTED RATES are valid until March 2010 only.

• Regular Season 
      - 15 days prior to arrival – Full Refund Less Transaction Cost. 
      - 6-14 days prior to arrival – 30% of the entire Booking Amount Less Transaction Cost. 
      - 3-5 days prior to arrival - 50% of the entire Booking Amount Less Transaction Cost. 
      - 2 days prior to arrival/No Show/Understay – 100%.  
• Peak Season 
      - 24 -31 days prior to arrival - 30% of the entire Booking Amount Less Transaction Cost. 
      - 16-23 days prior to arrival - 50% of the entire Booking Amount Less Transaction Cost. 
      - 15 days prior to arrival/No Show/Understay – 100%.
