Unused Items: Inclusions are packaged and are not refundable if unused.
Prepayment: Offer available on pre- payment arrangements only.
Validity: Discounted rates are valid for travel dates until December 2011; rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy:

7 days prior to arrival - Full Refund Less Transaction Cost.
2-4 working days prior to arrival - 50% Cancellation Charge
1 day or less/short stay/wash down - 100% Cancellation Charge.
